You get access to core features like inventory counting, receiving, waste logging, and basic reports. Small operations like food trucks or pop-ups can run on it indefinitely.

When you sign up for Pro, you get a full 60-day free trial with access to everything — unlimited products, prep lists, all reports, and food cost analysis. No charge until the trial ends, and you can downgrade anytime before then.

Admin users are Owners and Managers who can configure products, recipes, suppliers, and manage the team. Team members are Staff and Viewers who perform day-to-day tasks like counting inventory, receiving deliveries, and executing prep.

You'll see a prompt to upgrade. Your existing data stays exactly where it is — you just won't be able to add more products, recipes, suppliers, menu items, or team members until you upgrade. Everything you've already created keeps working.

Each restaurant location gets its own plan. If you run two locations, each one is billed separately. This keeps things fair — a single-location cafe pays the same as any other single location.
