Supplier scorecard
The supplier scorecard answers three questions about each supplier: Do they send what you ordered? Do they come on the day they said? Do their prices hold? Rinvy calculates the answers from the orders and receipts that you already record. You do not enter anything extra.
The scorecard is on the Standard and Pro plans. Owners and managers can see it. Staff and viewers do not see it.
Where to find it
Go to Suppliers. Each supplier row has a strip with three chips: Fill, On-time and Price. Tap the strip to open the full scorecard.
All numbers use the last 90 days, by your kitchen's local calendar.
The three scores

Fill rate uses only orders that you placed in Rinvy and then received against a receipt. It compares only the products that were on the order.
On-time uses only deliveries that have both an expected date and a delivered date.
Price stability uses only products that you received two or more times in the 90 days.
When a score shows a dash
A score shows — when there is nothing to measure. For example, you did not receive an order from that supplier in the last 90 days. A dash is not 0%. It means that Rinvy does not have the data to give a score.
To get a fill rate and an on-time score, place orders from the order list and receive them against the order.
The full scorecard
Tap a supplier's strip to open the scorecard. It shows:
- Fill rate, with how many deliveries were short.
- On-time, with the average number of days late.
- Price stability, with the number of active price alerts for this supplier.
- Spend (90 days), with this supplier's share of all your purchases. Credits reduce the spend.
- Price volatility by product: the lowest and highest price of each product, and how much it varied.
- Recent deliveries: the last 10 received orders, with the expected and delivered dates, ordered and received amounts, and a status such as On time, Late or Short.
- Marked out of stock on invoices: lines that an invoice marked as out of stock. These lines do not change the fill rate.
If you record shorts, credits and returns as their own line types, the fill rate and the spend are more accurate. See Receive a delivery manually.
Other places the scorecard shows
- When you send an order, the send screen shows one line for the supplier, for example "2 of 12 deliveries short · 83% on time". It shows after the supplier has 3 or more measured deliveries.
