Activity history
The activity history is the log of what happened in your kitchen. Each count, delivery, prep, waste log and shift note is one row, with who did it and when. Every role can open it.
Where to find it
- On Home, the Recent activity card shows the latest events. Tap See more activity to open the full page.
- In the sidebar, or on More on a phone, tap Activity.
What each row is

| Count completed | Someone completed an inventory count. Count in progress means the count is still open. |
| Received from supplier | Someone recorded a delivery. |
| Prepped recipe | Someone recorded a prep of a recipe. |
| Waste logged | Someone logged waste. Waste rows have a red icon. |
| Shift note | Someone wrote a shift note. |
| Recount | Someone recorded a new stock baseline for an auto-tracked product. |
| Count from date deleted | An owner or manager deleted a completed count. The name and time on the row are who deleted it and when. Stock for those products was recomputed from the previous count. |
Tap a row to expand it. A count shows each product's old and new stock. A receipt shows each line with its quantity and price. A waste log shows each item and its reason. The page does not open another screen when you tap a row.
Filter the feed
The chips at the top filter by kind: All, Counts, Receipts, Prep, Waste and Notes. Each chip shows how many events match. You can select more than one chip. Tap All to clear the selection.
If you select exactly one kind other than Notes, the page shows a table instead of cards. On Standard and Pro, the table for Receipts or Waste has an Export receipts CSV or Export waste CSV button.
Tap Filters to filter by User, Product or Date range. Tap Clear all filters to remove them.
Follow one product
Set Filters → Product to one product. The feed then shows only the events that touched that product:
- Counts that counted it.
- Receipts and waste logs with a line for it.
- Preps where it is the recipe's output or one of its ingredients.
Shift notes do not show in a product view, because a note is not tied to a product.
Each row in a product view shows how that event moved the product's stock. For example, Stock 4 → 10 lb (+6) means the stock was 4 lb before the event and 10 lb after it. A green change is an increase and a red change is a decrease. For a product that you track as OK, LOW or OUT, the row shows the status change, for example Stock OK → LOW.
You can also open a product view from Home. Tap a card in Highlighted products to see that product's activity.
